Is online payment secure?
Yes. Winora uses SSL encryption, the most secure and widely used protocol today. Your payment details are encrypted and sent directly to our payment provider, Lyra — we never store your banking information.
How can I pay for my order?

What are the delivery options?

Can I get delivery on Saturday?
Yes — if you’re not home during the week, you can select Saturday delivery at checkout.
What if my order is late?
Contact our Customer Service team via the contact form and we’ll investigate immediately.
What happens if I'm not home during delivery?
Your parcel will usually be dropped at the nearest pickup point. You’ll be notified via delivery slip, SMS, or email with pickup instructions — typically available by 3PM the same day.
What is secure code or PIN code delivery?
For Chronopost or certain standard deliveries, your package will only be released upon entering a unique secure code sent to you beforehand.
Is there a risk of breakage during shipping?
Our packaging is designed specifically for wine transport. Our breakage rate is below 0.5%. If your package looks damaged, refuse the entire delivery and clearly note the reason on the delivery form. Then contact our Customer Service within 48 hours.
What if items are missing or incorrect?
While we take great care packing your order, mistakes can happen. If anything’s missing or incorrect, contact our Customer Service immediately and we’ll resolve it quickly.
How do I know my order has been shipped?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email the same day your order leaves our warehouse.

How can I send a gift?
Simply shop as usual or visit our gift page. At checkout, enter the recipient’s address and include a personal message. No invoice will be included in the package.
